I have stayed for seven nights with my wife. Beds were being comfy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The staff were pretty useful and welcoming and every day made us feel good. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the personnel in the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Pretty wonderful hotel and fantastic location. I Certainly suggest Hotel De Marronnier Utsumi Onsen!

I have booked the room for 3 nights with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was normally clean up. The staff were quite handy and welcoming and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
